This hand-hewn building has maintained all the characteristics of the original log cabin it once was, you can imagine what life was like 100 years ago. One can only envision why this place was chosen for an original settler to build a foundation. This cabin is a complete hideaway which makes for a very relaxing and quiet stay. Ideal for a small family or individuals who seek a more connected experience to nature. This home is quietly placed, facing a serene pond with frequent visits by wildlife. Access to a private network of lakes, trails and roads is available, as the Morison House is located at the center of a large conservation area called the Manitou.

This is a two-storey log house is fully furnished with two bedrooms ? one queen-size bed and one double bed. There is one bathroom with bath/shower. Can accommodate up to four people with the option of 6. A newly-added sunroom is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a book or even enjoy it as a group. There is a a smart television, Wi-Fi and a BBQ available.
