TINY COTTAGES IN MANDEVILLE

Located in the charming region of Lanaudière, more precisely in Mandeville, this pretty and completely renovated cottage has everything you need to offer you a stay surrounded by nature. Located on a domain of several small identical cottages, everyone will have access to the large lot and the private lake which borders the 7 tiny cottages.

In winter, take advantage of the snowmobile and ATV trails near the cottages. It is possible to leave the cottage directly by snowmobile or ATV to reach the official trails. There is the possibility of renting snowmobiles at a one-minute drive from the cottages, with Location Mastigouche.

The cottage is located a few minutes by car from several tourist attractions. Need to relax? Stop by the Natur'Eau Spa. For lovers of the outdoors and hiking, you will also be near the Chutes-du-Calvaire Regional Park and the Mastigouche Wildlife Reserve where you can rent kayaks or canoes. For warmer days, discover the beach of Saint-Gabriel, giving access to Lake Maskinongé.

The land is spacious, allowing you to fully enjoy the outdoors. The children will make their own playground there! The private lake is accessible to cool off on hotter days. A small beach has been added to the lake. During your stay here, don't forget to take some time to watch the starry sky after dark.

For access to the laundry room, you can ask the owners for the access code. This is a laundry room shared with the other chalets.

To book make sure you have your credit card number. A first payment of 50% will be charged on your credit card at booking. A second payment of 50% will be blocked 3 days before your arrival and taken on the day of arrival.
/OR/ A booking within 14 days of the date of occupation is considered last minute, the stay is payable in a single payment or 100 % of the total amount at time of booking .In addition, a $ 500 security deposit for a group of less than 10 people and $ 1000 for a group of 10 people and over or if the maximum capacity of the cottage is 14 persons and over will be blocked 3 days before your arrival on your credit card. This security deposit will be unblocked 4 days after departure if the cottage has been left in good condition.
