You will find on this great waterfront lot, an adorable 4 bedroom house that can accommodate up to 14 people, as well as a lounge in the garage (3 seasons, the room is not heated in winter), giving way to a game room and a bar counter with 3 seats. You can fully enjoy the pleasures of summer during your stay. Young and old alike will find their account there in terms of walks on the water. We provide you with 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards and a row boat for fishing enthusiasts. The fishing is good there; the most frequent catches are bass, walleye, perch, pike and sunfish. Winter fishing is possible there when the ice permits. You need to bring your own equipment.

If you have a boat, a paid boat descent is available at the marina, or at the local campsite. During the stay, you can leave your boat moored at the cottage's dock. You will also find a 5-minute walk from the chalet, a park where children can go to play, as well as trails and a small municipal beach. The park is on Hamel Road; you walk past on your way to the chalet.

You can end the day with a good meal on the BBQ or by relaxing around a campfire by the water's edge. A private 4-season spa is also at your fingertips, to ensure you have a most relaxing stay. Take advantage of your stay in the countryside to admire the starry sky!

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREMISES

The cottage includes a large open area comprising the living room, the dining room and the kitchen with its island, all accompanied by a beautiful view of the lake. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare your meals on site, then go outside to enjoy them if the weather permits! The property has 3 closed bedrooms, as well as a basement room with 2 Queen beds and two single bunk beds as well as a playpen.
