You'll be charmed by our magnificent cottage on the shores of Lac Léon. The cottage is ideal for families, with all the necessary amenities.
Access to the water is right on the property and progressive for the little ones.
The chalet is on a magnificent, secluded lot surrounded by trees.
The Space
The chalet has two floors.
On the second floor is the large open-plan living room with kitchen and dining area. There is the master bedroom with Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom
with separate bath and shower. The baby crib is in this room.
From the dining room, you have large patio doors leading directly onto the balcony and large lakeside courtyard.
In the basement, there's a bedroom with a Queen-size bed, and in the other bedroom, there's a single bed and a double bed. The basement also has a full
bathroom with shower. The games room has a single sofa bed, air field hockey table, children's games and board games.
Indoor wood-burning fireplace, but wood is not included.
There's a high chair, a bassinette and a safety gate.
In summer, there's a propane bbq, outdoor fireplace, single kayak and canoe.
Fondue dish.
You'll have access to the entire house and backyard.
Firewood is not provided.
You must bring your own beach towels for the spa or lake.
Two exterior cameras are installed towards the parking lot and towards the grassy area.
