At the end of a private road, find yourself on the shores of Lac Sergent in complete privacy. Enjoy a sunny private dock, a perched hot tub to admire the view, and a prime location for a multitude of nearby activities, all surrounded by nature!
Newly renovated, the house offers three bedrooms, a large living space with high ceilings, and a magnificent terrace that will become your favorite room in the summer. Two kayaks are available on site, as is a pedal boat.
The property also has an adjacent building?a garage converted into a family room with several games and a TV room. A remote work space is also available, and Wi-Fi is available. (Renovations are being completed, more photos to come.)
The renowned Jacques-Cartier cycle path is accessible by bike from the house, just a few hundred meters away. Also nearby is the Duchesnay tourist resort, where you'll find several activity options: treetop trekking, hiking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, water sports, and more.
The region is also known for its mountain biking trails, accessible about 15 minutes from the house. Also in the area is the Bras-du-Nord Valley; a magnificent site for hiking, river rafting, mountain biking, and much more!
Please note: Our steep terrain requires a 4X4 vehicle from November to April.
