Together, the chalets can host up to **20 guests** (10 per chalet) with a total of **6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and 2 half-baths**. One mezzanine also features a dedicated **workspace**, ideal for those who wish to work or unwind in an inspiring setting.
The **fully equipped kitchens** are perfect for preparing delicious meals.
The outdoor space is ideal for relaxing in the **spa while enjoying the sunset**.

You will have full access to the entire domain and all outdoor spaces, **except for locked storage areas**.

**? WARNING**
The chalets are located in a **developing area**, and the roads are **not yet paved**. We recommend a **4x4 vehicle with winter tires** during winter and spring. Roads and the chalet's parking area are professionally snow-cleared.

**PETS**
One small dog per reservation may be accepted with a **\$120 additional cleaning fee** and a **\$500 security deposit**. We will ask for details (e.g. size) before confirming acceptance.

**SOUND MONITORING & CAMERAS**
In addition to an outdoor security camera facing the parking area and entrance, **noise monitoring devices** are installed inside and outside the chalet to alert us if sound levels become excessive.
We define excessive noise as music or any other sound that neighbors can hear and that interferes with their peaceful enjoyment of the area.
**These devices do not record audio.**

**CAMERAS**
Please note that **security cameras are installed outside** the chalets. To respect your privacy, **none are directed at the spas**.
**Tampering with or disconnecting the cameras is strictly prohibited** and will be considered an attempt to hide inappropriate activity. This will result in **immediate termination of the rental without refund**.

**TV**
Smart TVs are available in both chalets, but **cable TV is not provided**.

**FIREPLACES**
All chalets have **indoor wood-burning fireplaces**. Firewood is **not provided**. You must also bring your own kindling and/or paper to help start your fire.

**TOILETS**
**Do NOT flush any waste** (feminine hygiene products, baby wipes, condoms, etc.) as this may clog the septic system. A **\$1,500 fee** will be charged for any misuse.
Trash bins are available in each bathroom for such waste.
