This spacious 3,000 sq. ft. lakefront home offers bright, sunny living spaces and a flat, easy-access lot on a quiet private road. Just 7 minutes from Ste-Agathe, it's convenient to groceries, dining, and shopping, yet feels private and surrounded by nature. The chalet sits on two beautiful connected lakes, providing over 8 km of water to explore by kayak or canoe (included).
Inside, you'll find an open living area with large windows overlooking the lake, a gas fireplace, and a solarium with a private hot tub. The lower level features a games room with pool table and ping pong, perfect for rainy days. Cable Wi-Fi included, along with a 50" flat-screen TV in the main living area.
The waterfront has a small sand beach, long dock (great for easy fishing with kids), and plenty of space to relax. The heated pool (summer only) and large play structure make this a family favourite.
