This 2,850 sq. ft. lakefront home is private and peaceful, set on a one-acre wooded lot with an expansive front lawn leading to the lake. Built in 2011 with group rentals in mind, it offers plenty of indoor and outdoor gathering spaces and year-round accessibility.

Waterfront
The waterfront features a small sand beach and a dock, with a very gradual, shallow water entry. Some natural vegetation grows along the sides, and the bottom has a firm sand base with a softer layer on top in places. The lake gradually deepens, no drop offs, you can walk out for deeper swimming or paddle to open areas for boating. As a head lake, the water is exceptionally clean, clear, and natural — you can see the bottom from a boat in the center of the lake, and the water quality is excellent. The lake is good for fun fishing, with natural stocks of trout, perch, small mouth bass, and catfish.
