UPPER LEVEL is a cute and cozy joined kitchen and living room area with stone wood fireplace and Smart TV, and 1 queen bedroom and large bathroom with soaker tub and separate shower. New kitchen with leathered granite countertops and pantry. Direct access to upper deck from this level. Lake views from deck and kitchen/living room.

GARDEN LEVEL - Walkout level has a second living area, great for families with children. Second large TV and living room area with leather sectional sofa and futon for guests. King and Queen bedrooms on this level, and a half bathroom. Direct access to the sand beach and lake, outdoor firepit and new 5-6 person spa under a gazebo. Flat land and very easy to access.

REGION - We are in the heart of the Laurentians, central to everything. The chalet is between Ste Agathe des Monts and St Donat. SUMMER - there is excellent hiking, swimming, boating, beaches all over the region, world class golfing, waterslides, shopping, spa treatments, tourism activities at Mont Tremblant, outdoor cafe's and outlet shopping in St Sauveur. In the WINTER, there is downhill and cross country skiing, night skiing, snowshoeing, sleigh rides, winter hiking, spa treatments, tourism in Mont Tremblant.

IMPORTANT: this is a chalet ideal for small family gatherings, relaxing weekends with friends, and ski weekends. This chalet is NOT suitable for "wild parties" with noisy gatherings or large events.
