Once the lake freezes over, it's possible to do ski-in/ski-out at Mont Habitant, and the house is about 5 minutes driving from Mont Saint-Sauveur. Electric snowblower included, allowing you to easily make yourselves a skating rink on the lake! Snow removal is included for the driveway and parking area; walkways, steps, and lake access are your responsibility. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you'll need to receive the entire family for the holidays. Three full bathrooms; two with bathtubs and one with shower. Home cinema. Hydro allotment up to $1800 (average of $450 per month for four months). Refundable security deposit of $1500. No smoking.
