With a rustic design, the cottage is built on a very large wooded lot, with no immediate neighbours, ensuring peace and privacy. 2 minutes from Saint-François-Xavier Lake, come and discover a luxurious mountain home and let yourself be seduced by the surrounding nature!

The cottage can comfortably accommodate 10 people. Each floor contains a full bathroom. Thanks to its majestic windows, the living space is bathed in natural light. It is composed of a full kitchen, a dining room with a large table and a living room with a gas fireplace. To enhance your stay, cable TVs with Netflix access are at your disposal. The ground-floor living room has a games room with a pool table and foosball table. Internet access via the wifi network is also available.

Outside, the layout involving the cottage is designed especially for relaxation, with a four-season spa, a sauna and an outdoor fireplace area. The cottage is located 15 minutes from the village of Morin-Heights and 20 minutes from St-Sauveur, making it an ideal place to relax, close to all the activities offered in the region.
