Roomy renovated 4-star heritage home located on the shores of Lac-Etchemin, close to amenities and Mont Orignal (5 km). This large home was completely renovated in 2006, while retaining its country charm. A magnificent 400 sq. ft. family room was added to the house, and the windows all around will give you unparalleled views of the lake.
Additionally, to accommodate groups of 10 OR MORE GUESTS, we have created a magnificent studio in the lower rear area, fully equipped with a bathroom, second kitchen, and more. It is flooded with natural light and offers private, step-free access to the back patio.
The house can accommodate up to 14 people in the available beds. On the second floor, there is a large bedroom with two queen-size beds, one closed bedroom with a double bed, and two single beds on the landing. On the first floor, there is a large bedroom with two double beds. The studio has a double bed. Comfort is our utmost priority so our mattresses and pillows are regularly updated to maximize your comfort.
In the heritage house, on the first floor, you'll find a very large, modern kitchen, well-equipped to accommodate at least 10 people at the large table. There's a full bathroom on the second floor and a powder room on the first floor. The large bedroom located on the first floor near the kitchen has proven to be a favorite with young children. The hexagonal-shaped family room is ideal for family gatherings, seating up to 16 people. There's also a television and internet access, but we're sure you'll prefer playing the board games at your disposal.
You have immediate access to two outdoor patios, with a BBQ and a swing.
A large 12-foot gazebo is installed on the water's edge, mounted on a wooden platform that can accommodate a table, chairs, and two benches, allowing you to fully enjoy the water's edge at all times. We've also created a sandy area with benches for outdoor fire pits, where you can roast marshmallows and hot dogs, and strum your guitar on nice evenings.
Finally, the lakeshore provides gradual and safe access to swimming, and kayaks (2) are available on site, along with life jackets (children and adult sizes).
