Security Deposit	$4000 (Security deposit will be refunded within 7 days of check-out)
Booking Deposit	20% due at time of booking (The balance is due 30 days before arrival)

Cancellation Policy	Moderate
Fees Cleaning fee : $300.00

A deposit of 20% of the rental amount will be due at the time of booking. The remaining 80% will be payable on the day of possession.
A security deposit of $4,000 will be required as a guarantee in case of breakage or damage to the house. In the event of minor damage, an amount equivalent to the value of the damage will be deducted.
