This cozy, air-conditioned cottage, perfect for a stay in style, offers everything you need to recharge your batteries as a couple, with family or friends. Set in lush, wooded grounds, Le Marina boasts direct access to the lake via its private dock. Fishing enthusiasts will be delighted: you can fish right from the dock! Fish for walleye, pike, bass, yellow perch and many other species. Two kayaks are at your disposal for adventures on the calm waters or simply to enjoy the scenery. A gentle slope leads down to the water's edge, where you'll find a hammock suspended in the shade, a fire pit for starlit evenings, and a 4-person outdoor dining area perfect for al fresco dining. For motorboats, a boat launch is available 400 meters away at the Weedon Marina, and a landing stage at Lac Aylmer is 12 km away.

The region also abounds in activities and places to discover. Less than 20 km away, Stratford's municipal beach offers great access to the water for swimming and picnicking. A little further away, 45 minutes by car, you can enjoy the Baie-des-Sables beach at Lac Mégantic, ideal for families. Just 25 minutes from the cottage, the Marina de Disraeli offers a great summertime atmosphere, along with a popular restaurant, a creamery and even a Mini-Putt for fun with friends or kids. Outdoor enthusiasts will also appreciate the opportunities for hiking, kayaking, swimming and nature observation. Inside, the chalet offers a warm, simple and bright atmosphere, where every detail has been thought out to provide a comfortable and hassle-free stay. The living space is organized as an open plan, combining a fully equipped kitchen, a central island and a convivial lounge. The island becomes the heart of the room: it can seat up to 4 people, serving as both dining area and preparation space. It replaces the traditional dining room, creating a relaxed, convivial atmosphere.
The living room, meanwhile, invites relaxation with its comfortable furnishings, perfect for restful moments or quiet evenings. Large windows flood the interior with natural light and offer peaceful views of the wooded grounds and lake, providing a beautiful connection with the surrounding nature.
The chalet includes two closed bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed and decorated with care in a contemporary, uncluttered style. These rooms offer a true cocoon of tranquility, perfect for restful nights.
Upstairs, a small mezzanine adds a versatile space: it can be used as a children's play area, a reading corner, or even accommodate an extra mattress for young children if required. This little elevated corner adds a charming and practical touch to the whole.
First floor: Open-plan kitchen and living room with sofa bed / closed bedroom #1 with queen-size bed / closed bedroom #2 with queen-size bed / full bathroom (shower).
Mezzanine: Small open mezzanine, ideal as a reading area or children's play area (possibility of adding a small children's mattress).
