The cottage: Comfortable 2 bedroom house, accommodating up to 8 people. King bed in the master bedroom + futon, Double bunk bed with a single bed in the 2nd bedroom just in front of the bathroom, 2-seater whirlpool tub and separate shower, Large living area including dining room, living room and work area, Glass roof on the balcony. Access to private lake a few steps away for swimming and water sports.
Amenities: unlimited WIFI 25 Mbs, SmartTV with ROKU, Blue-Ray player, propane BBQ, outdoor fireplace (wood not included), 1 tandem kayak, 2 solo kayaks, 2 paddleboards with paddles and flotation jackets.
Located right next to the Noah Spa, Golf Club and Restaurant Le Greg and walking trails of the Neville nature reserve in Venise-en-Québec. Several activities nearby! The living area of the cottage and the front yard offers a beautiful view of Lake Champlain. Note that you have to cross the main road between the cottage and the lake to put the kayaks in the water or go swimming.
Possibility to rent a second cottage located just opposite at the same time, ideal for 2 families who want to take a vacation together while having each their privacy.
