Gorgeous small cottage, recently renovated in a warm Scandinavian style, located directly on Lac Mercier, just an 8-minute walk from Mont-Tremblant's Old Village and a 5-minute drive from the Mont-Tremblant Resort.
With its whitewashed board-and-batten walls, natural pine floors and large windows overlooking the lake, the cottage has a bright, warm and peaceful atmosphere. Its balcony sits directly above the lake—the perfect place to enjoy the view and beautiful natural setting of Lac Mercier.
The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable living room with a wood-burning stove. The cottage has one private bedroom as well as a spacious loft, reached by a charming ship's ladder and furnished with one double bed and two single beds. A full bathroom with bathtub and shower, as well as a washer and dryer, complete the space.
The location is exceptional for enjoying winter in Mont-Tremblant. The P'tit Train du Nord trail is directly accessible for cross-country skiing (classic and skate), snowshoeing, fat biking and hiking. In winter, Lac Mercier also features a beautiful skating loop. Downhill skiing and snowboarding at Mont-Tremblant Resort are only a 5-minute drive away, with free public transportation also available.
The cafés, restaurants, grocery store and art gallery of the Old Village are all within walking distance.
A true little lakeside retreat: private, cozy and peaceful, yet only minutes from everything Mont-Tremblant has to offer.
Available from January 1, 2027 for the winter season. Seasonal rental only.
