- The security deposit will be refunded after departure, following an inspection of the property, subject to any applicable damages.
- Electricity, heating, high-speed Internet, snow removal, and firewood for occasional fireplace use are included.
- A **signed rental agreement** is required.
- **Only one rental of either 32 or 40 nights is available, from January 7 to February 16, 2027\.**
