Le Tropic Ouaté is located very close to the beautiful Lac Clair in St-Côme, in the Lanaudière region. In the heart of nature, this location is perfect for a complete change of scenery and relaxation. The private, heated indoor pool will delight both young and old, creating a sunny, southern vacation vibe. It is 10 minutes away from the St-Côme ski mountain!
The chalet features a large adjacent garage that has been fully converted into a game room, complete with a bathroom. With a pool table, foosball, and a ping pong table, hours of guaranteed fun await you!
Don't forget the indoor pool and the outdoor hot tub, both open year-round! In the summer, a short 3-minute walk will take you to Lac Clair, where a sandy beach and a dock with provided watercraft will allow you to enjoy the water. 3 paddleboards and 2 kayaks will be at your disposal, along with life jackets, for hours of fun on the water!
The chalet is also equipped with a wood-burning fireplace in the living room, as well as an outdoor fire pit for summer evenings. High-speed Starlink Wi-Fi will allow you to stream movies or work from the chalet without any issues.
