Spend a while in the heart of this charming Laurentian village. Surrounded by nature, its rivers and forests, you can enjoy its attractions without having to get into a vehicle. Everything is a few minutes walk away. Mickey's, our local coffee shop with its large windows giving onto the grounds and Simon River, the Areobic Corridor's trails on which you can snowshoe, crosscountry ski, cycle or simply walk for dozens of kilometres according to the season. For those who love to sink into a good book, the local library is open 5 days a week and for those who enjoy a good stretch there's the yoga studio, Le Shed Studio. There's even the recent addition of the pottery studio FACE for those who want to get creative. And for a fully relaxing experience, Amerispa offer sauna and massage.
The living space, recently refreshed, offers a pleasantly calm atmosphere giving onto cedars and the quiet sound of the cascading waters of the Simon River as it tumbles over the dam. There's a kitchenette with fridge, sink, countertop oven and heating element to prepare meals. The bathroom is spacious and newly redone. The bedrooms are spaced out so offer an element of privacy. The one in the sunroom can be transformed into a lounge if not needed creating a lovely protected space to enjoy sun, rain and stars.
