Ideal for nature lovers. Located 20 minutes from the center of Québec. Bi-generation cottage located on a wooded land of over 79000 pc with view of the lake and mountains. The chalet is entirely equipped: bedding, towels, etc. Departure cleaning fee is also included in the price.
The cross-country ski and Snowshoeing tracks of "Les Sentiers du Moulin" pass at the foot of the cottage. Possibility of activities nearby such as dog sledding, skating, ice fishing, snowmobiling, 2 alpine ski resorts (Le Relais at 10 minutes and Stoneham 25min).
In summer, you get access to the lake, swimming on semi-private beach, fishing, pedalboat, paddle board and canoe at your disposition. Mountain biking, hiking trails, horseback riding, golf at Mount Tourbillon (5min), and Valcartier village (waterslides) at 20min. Old Québec is also only 20 minutes drive with very easy access. And don't miss the automn color!

| Nous avons adoré le chalet et la ville. Les petits-enfants aimaient beaucoup le ping pong et la plage. Et ma fille et son maris ont bien profité des pistes cyclables. La cuisine est bien fournie avec tout qu'on en aurait besoin pour faire un bon repas. Et la terrasse était grande avec une bonne vue du lac.
We really enjoyed staying at Nick's place. He was super communicative and the house really met our needs. The deck, the ping pong table and the beach were big pluses for the grandkids and the proximity to the bike trails was great for my daughter and her husband. The kitchen was super well stocked for making a meal and we barbecued on the porch several times. The views were great and I imagine in fall and winter even better. I would definitely recommend this house for mountain bike enthusiasts.

| Wonderful, spacious house (cottage/chalet really doesnt do it justice) with direct access to a lake. Wonderful kitchen, everything
there you couldnt need.
Also direct access to biking trails, a boat, a canoe.
Very close to Quebec-City as well.
Nichts and very responsive contact to the owner, he was happy to assist with my many questions in a very fast way. We hope to come back!
