The third night is half price
Prices included cleaning services at the end of your stay, linen and towels for the bathrooms. We supply fire wood.
For insurance, hygienic and allergy-control reasons, smoking and pets are prohibited inside the Villas.
Payment schedule :
A 40% deposit to confirm your reservation
The balance is due upon your arrival by check or cash
If you must cancel your reservation for any reason, we will attempt to re-book the same property for the same time period. If this attempt is successful, you will receive all amount paid. If this attempt is unsuccessful, all amount paid will be forfeited.
A security deposit of $750 for damage is required..
7 days : Friday 5pm to Friday 12pm or Sunday 5pm to Sunday 12pm
Weekend : Friday 5pm to Sunday 12pm
We do not rent to groups which all participants have not reached the age of 25, excluding family with children.
