Large and luxurious house with lots of sunshine. Many amenities are available in the cottage: well-equipped kitchen, large dining room, alarm system, built-in oven, refrigerator, B.B.Q., outdoor fireplace, indoor gas fireplace. We have a large living room, an office and a large family room in the basement. Unlimited television and internet by optical Fiber (Bell). There are two televisions, one of which is smart with Airplay.
A Flo charging station for electric cars is at your disposal.
The water is of very good quality and comes from an artesian well purified by ultraviolet; a big hot water tank allows all occupants to take a comfortable shower. The three acre site offers an incredible view on the lake, has a small stream, a large terrace facing Lake Massawippi, and is close to the charming village of Ayer's Cliff, and close to Magog, Orford and North Hatley and 30 min from Sherbrooke, therefore cultural activities are varied and easily accessible. In the summer you can practice all your water sports and at the municipal beach, near the cottage (2 KM), you have the possibility to rent various nautical equipements; moreover there is a boat descent near the cottage. During the winter there are other activities that can be practiced on and around the lake such as ice fishing, sliding, snowshoeing, cross country skiing. You are 20 minutes from the Mont Orford ski resort.
