FREE UNLIMITED HIGH SPEED INTERNET Charming AIR-CONDITIONED chalet, fully equipped, with no neighbors nearby, about an hour from Montreal. Two bedrooms, spa, several relaxation areas, access to the ecological lake Clermoustier (located in 2nd row). Private dock with boats, hiking trails. Private swimming pool. Winter: SPA, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, hiking and snowshoeing. In the surroundings: snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing in Val St-Côme, Montcalm or Garceau, snowmobile trails, SPA La Source and dog sledding, etc. Spring/ Summer/Fall: 5-person SPA, kayak, pedal boat, heated above-ground pool (end of May to mid-October), fishing (lake trout, bass, pumpkinseed), campfire, hiking. In the surroundings: Horse riding, Arbraska, SPA La Source, Golf at Estérel, etc.

The H2o Chalet includes:
-SPA of 5 places 4 seasons behind the chalet for maximum privacy;
-Outdoor fireplace, wood provided and 4 Adirondack chairs;
-Living room with gas fireplace (Sept. to May), Chrome Cast HD TV, Blu-Ray player with several movies, Bluetooth sound system, free WIFI;
-Fully equipped laboratory kitchen including dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, pots, utensils, raclette set, toaster, fondue pot, teapot, filter coffee maker and Bodum, Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother. Drinking water from the municipality, etc.;
-Dining room;
-Bathroom with shower and hair dryer (towels are not provided);
-Bedroom with Queen bed on the ground floor;
-2nd spacious bedroom on the mezzanine, 1 king bed and work table;
-Flip-flop on the mezzanine for a 5th person (with prior agreement);
-All bedding in the rooms is provided (excluding flip-flop);
-All cleaning products are also provided;
-Washer, dryer;
- 3-season veranda (covered, surrounded by mosquito net and furnished;
-BBQ propane functional year-round;
-Access to the lake and private dock with 2 Addy chairs, kayak and pedal boat (+ 4 safety vests);

| Quel beau chalet et endroit magnifique ! Le lac était un vrai coup de coeur ! Les enfants ont adoré se baigner dans le lac et se promener avec les différentes embarcations tout comme nous ! Je le recommande sans hésitation ! Merci aux propriétaires de nous avoir permis de passer un séjour mémorable dans cet havre de paix !

| Très beau chalet propre et bien entretenu !
Nous avons adoré le coin du quai sur le bord de l'eau ainsi que le foyer extérieur et intérieur & surtout le spa !

| Wow!!! très beau petit chalet confo et intime. Beau Spa, piscine, bbq, belle grande terrasse ainsi un bel espace pour feu extérieur. L'accès au lac peu être difficile pour certaine personne et merci, de tout coeur de m'avoir accommodé. Superbe beau lac et embarcations incluses.
Nous le recommandons à tous et un immense merci pour ce magnifique séjour de quatre nuitées.

| Super chalet!!! Très propre,véranda très pratique pour les repas,beau temps,mauvais temps!! Très intime avec tout le boisé autour,quai privé..wow!!! Un must,ce fût très agréable de passer nos journées sur le bord de l'eau et d'assister à tout les soirs aux coucher de soleil!!! Les enfants étaient heureux, les parents aussi!!! Nous allons y retourner !!!
