How to book
1. 20% of the cost of rental is required when booking.
2. The balance of the rental payment is due thirty (30) days preceding the date of arrival.
3. When the reservation is made less than thirty (30) days prior to arrival date, full payment is required.
4. A security deposit of $ 500 is requested ten (10) days prior to the date of your arrival and will be returned within 7 days of your departure.

Covid Policy:
The stay can be canceled and fully refunded at any time if the public authorities do not allow access to the region or if they have confined your region or if they prohibit the rental of tourist residences. Full refund will be made for stays that have not yet started. For others, it will be proportional to the remaining length of stay.

La communication avec Louise a été excellente. Beaucoup d'échanges très utiles et amicaux. Le chalet est très chaleureux, impeccable de propreté et conforme à la description.
Nous avons passé un formidable moment en famille. Nous recommandons très vivement cette adresse à Petite Rivière Saint François.

Chalet très bien situé, assez intime, mais proche du village et à 15 min de Baie St Paul, toutes les commodités sont là, parfaites pour les grandes familles! Séjours paisible pour profiter du calme de la nature, nous avons passé du bon temps en famille. Mme. Labelle est très accueillante et attentionnée. Prix raisonnable en temps de pandémie. Mille merci!!! Nous espérons y retourner!!!
