Lost among the rolling hills of the Saint-François River valley, Au Bolet Chicotin is a delightful oasis in the heart of nature. The property lies on a dead-end road, so there's no need for fences or hedges to block unwanted eyes. Decorated in a country style, the emphasis is on comfort. Guests have access to 85 acres of adjacent land where they can hike, snowshoe or ski on marked paths.

Outdoors, the grounds offer something for everyone. An enormous gazebo has a spa with room for 8 and a barbecue. From there, a small walkway leads to the pool. A sandbox has everything to keep smaller children busy with major construction projects. You'll also find a basketball hoop, trampoline and hammocks solidly hung on century-old maple trees. There's even a tire hung from a branch to swing on and a forest playground with a rocky peak for little ones to climb.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREMISES

The two-storey house has four closed bedrooms with 2 queen-size and 2 double beds. A multi-purpose room can also be divided into 2 more bedrooms, each with a double wall bed. If the children need space during the day, just open the doors and fold the beds away to create a playroom! Two double sofa beds in the living room can sleep 4 more guests. There are 2 full bathrooms. The living room features leather furniture (sofas, loveseats and armchairs), a glass-door wood stove and 40-inch flat-screen television. The large dining room boasts an 8-foot long table, and the fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher. Note that a second fridge is available for guests in the basement.
