Winter season rental only. Knowlton Landing (Austin, Quebec). Cosy, quiet, pine-walled cottage. 10 minutes to skiing at Owl's Head, 20 minutes to Orford, 30 minutes to Sutton, 40 minutes to Jay Peak. Firewood, snowplowing and high speed internet/TV included. Utilities (electricity) extra. Three bedrooms plus finished heated porch with pullout couch, bureau and TV for guests. Petit chalet rustique mais très confortable et propre, au calme. Peter est un hôte aux petits soins, qui a répondu à toutes nos questions. Le chalet est complètement équipé et très bien situé.
