| Our family had an amazing week staying at this cottage. As soon as I stepped in and quickly scanned the place, I just knew we were going to have a great time. It was the cleanest and most beautiful cottage we have ever rented. Loved the kitchen and the long dining table (plenty of space for the two puzzles we had going during two rainy days). The couch was super comfortable and we definitely made use of the Netflix when unwinding after long days in the sun. The kayaks and pedal boat were put to very good use as well. Kitchen very well equipped, it was a pleasure to prep meals in there, love the kitchen island! Beach towels were so clean and looked brand new, so did the white bath towels, everything was just impeccable. My older daughters loved sharing the room with the double and twin beds separated by a night table. Our master room was great, it got warm being on the second level but as long as we kept the door open with the fan running to help the cool air from the AC in the family room to make its way upstairs, then it's just fine. (or keep the window open if it's cool out and not too muggy) The only thing that would have made it even better is to have had some lawn chairs for tanning for us ladies. But all in all a fantastic week for us, thank you for everything Colette, we will be back. : )

| Beautiful cottage, very clean and fully equipped. We did not lack for anything. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and at night it was lite up making it a very magical place.. Two local grocery stores that had everything we needed. Walking distance from an ice cream shop (Babine) which we visited too many times. Lake was great for kayaking and SUP. Good cell service and there was Netflixs and Prime for those rainy days. We had a great time and would definitely go back.

| Our family enjoyed the most special holiday getaway at Colette's cottage over new year's. The chalet was beautifully decorated for the season, so festive and inviting! It had every amenity you would find in an urban home--and thensome, with all of the quaint charm of a chalet. The layout of the cottage was perfect for a family, open but cozy. We love to cook, so appreciated the spacious, fully equipped kitchen. And truly every indulgence... scented candles and soaps, plush throws, quality linens and a spa-like master bath with rain shower and heated floors. The fireplace (wood provided!) was a real treat, as are the gorgeous views overlooking the lake.
There was barely any snow during our stay but we found plenty to keep us occupied, Colette offers games and puzzles, and other families on the lake were playing hockey despite the unseasonably warm weather, so skating is also an option! We enjoyed hikes nearby (the Lièvre trail was especially fun for kids, it is a short walk from the cottage and has fun installations), as well as an adjacent park that was also great for the kids, even in the winter months! The neighbourhood is friendly, and the cottage was easily accessible.
Colette was a consummate host, kind and responsive from our first contact right through our departure. It is clear that she cares about the comfort of her guests and takes pride in her immaculate home. We're already dreaming of our next stay! Merci, Colette!!

| Our family of five stayed at Colette's cottage for 2 weeks in July 2023. The cottage was the perfect place for our family to reconnect and make lots of memories. The cottage has a well equipped open concept kitchen. A long dining room table and a comfortable L-shaped pullout couch in the family room. There is air conditioning and the 2 bedrooms upstairs are complete with comfortable mattresses. The bathroom on the second level is beautifully renovated with a rain shower. The outdoor patio is where we spent the majority of our day? eating in the screened in gazebo, playing cards on the couch under the umbrella, or swinging on the egg-shaped chair reading a book. All light up nicely at night. The fire pit is well located and the dock leading to the waterfront is well maintained. The lawn was perfect for crocket and bocce. We swam all day in the pristine lake and took advantage of the kayaks and paddle boat. Near by, we walked to the local bakery for fresh goodies and to the ice cream shop for desert. Our kids did not want to leave and upon checkout we all felt restored and rested. Thank you Colette for a memorable stay.

| Quel superbe chalet! Très paisible, bien organisé, décoré avec goût et très confortable. Je le recommende fortement pour un petit séjour tranquille ou une petite retraite personnelle, cela fait le plus grand bien! La propriétaire est très accueillante et a le souci du confort de ses clients. Elle répondait très vite aux questions et elle était toujours disponible. J'y retournerai sans faute, j'ai déjà hâte à la prochaine fois! Merci énormément!!
