| Our family enjoyed the most special holiday getaway at Colette's cottage over new year's. The chalet was beautifully decorated for the season, so festive and inviting! It had every amenity you would find in an urban home--and thensome, with all of the quaint charm of a chalet. The layout of the cottage was perfect for a family, open but cozy. We love to cook, so appreciated the spacious, fully equipped kitchen. And truly every indulgence... scented candles and soaps, plush throws, quality linens and a spa-like master bath with rain shower and heated floors. The fireplace (wood provided!) was a real treat, as are the gorgeous views overlooking the lake.
There was barely any snow during our stay but we found plenty to keep us occupied, Colette offers games and puzzles, and other families on the lake were playing hockey despite the unseasonably warm weather, so skating is also an option! We enjoyed hikes nearby (the Lièvre trail was especially fun for kids, it is a short walk from the cottage and has fun installations), as well as an adjacent park that was also great for the kids, even in the winter months! The neighbourhood is friendly, and the cottage was easily accessible.
Colette was a consummate host, kind and responsive from our first contact right through our departure. It is clear that she cares about the comfort of her guests and takes pride in her immaculate home. We're already dreaming of our next stay! Merci, Colette!!

| Our family of five stayed at Colette's cottage for 2 weeks in July 2023. The cottage was the perfect place for our family to reconnect and make lots of memories. The cottage has a well equipped open concept kitchen. A long dining room table and a comfortable L-shaped pullout couch in the family room. There is air conditioning and the 2 bedrooms upstairs are complete with comfortable mattresses. The bathroom on the second level is beautifully renovated with a rain shower. The outdoor patio is where we spent the majority of our day? eating in the screened in gazebo, playing cards on the couch under the umbrella, or swinging on the egg-shaped chair reading a book. All light up nicely at night. The fire pit is well located and the dock leading to the waterfront is well maintained. The lawn was perfect for crocket and bocce. We swam all day in the pristine lake and took advantage of the kayaks and paddle boat. Near by, we walked to the local bakery for fresh goodies and to the ice cream shop for desert. Our kids did not want to leave and upon checkout we all felt restored and rested. Thank you Colette for a memorable stay.

| Quel superbe chalet! Très paisible, bien organisé, décoré avec goût et très confortable. Je le recommende fortement pour un petit séjour tranquille ou une petite retraite personnelle, cela fait le plus grand bien! La propriétaire est très accueillante et a le souci du confort de ses clients. Elle répondait très vite aux questions et elle était toujours disponible. J'y retournerai sans faute, j'ai déjà hâte à la prochaine fois! Merci énormément!!
