Beautiful waterfront property on Lac des Trois-Montagnes. Quiet area of the lake. Access to water is very safe for children. Southern orientation with plenty of sun. Spacious 4 bedrooms house able to accommodate 10 guests. 3 bathrooms with a double jacuzzi.

Lots of windows with great views. Beautiful fireplace, two wood stoves (wood included), one large living room, and family room.

Kitchen appliances such as a new microwave, fridge and stove, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, bedsheets, towels, fully equipped with utensils and dishes, etc.

For entertaining the Chalet has a 50" flat-screen TV with cable, wifi, a baby foot table with 7 games, an electric raclette party grill set, an electric fondue set, a popcorn maker, a crockpot, a toaster oven, etc.

1 PADDLE BOARD, 2 KAYAKS, 1 PADDLE BOAT, and 1 CANOE with the life jackets

Access nearby to Montagne d'Argent activities (hiking and more) located at La Conception.

Great cottage, fully equipped. We really enjoyed the location, ideal for hicking and skiing. Beautiful view on the lake. Owner responds quickly.

Beau chalet plein sud, ce qui permet de profiter du soleil toute la journée. Une fenestration abondante. Le salon est la pièce maitresse. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Le balcon couvert permet de faire du BBQ même en hiver. Le lac des Trois Montagnes est magnifique. L'internet fonctionne très bien, donc parfait pour faire du télétravail également. Communication très facile avec Danielle.

I loved this cottage. It's very well appointed with a fabulously stocked kitchen. Spacious and inviting with a great fireplace. And nothing beats the view of the lake when you get up in the morning. Kayaking was a wonder, sitting on the dock with your 5 - 7 .. really takes you away to a world of peace and calmness. Definitely want to go back.

My family and I stayed a month at Bayview and enjoyed it very much.
The cottage is big enough for a family and is fully equipped with fun things like a multi-game table and board games for those rainy days. The best thing about this place is it's proximity to the water. The family could enjoy the water in different ways starting by the dock that has great sun most of the day and the clear water is great for swimming.
Great place, great owners and many good memories will sum it all up.

We had an absolutely amazing time at this cottage. Lots of bedrooms, ample eating spaces inside and out, boat could be launched and parked for the whole week at the dock (enough room on the lake for water skiing, tubing, etc.), kids loved the stand up paddle board and 2 kayaks, and it had all the comforts of home. Very peaceful at night. So close to Tremblant for some luge down the mountain in the summer to! Owners were very helpful and available if we had questions before and during the stay.

The family of friendly ducks were also a huge hit as well.
