A 10-15 minute drive from Sutton village and Mansonville, three different ski hills (Jay Peak, Owl's head and Sutton), golf courses, cross country ski trails, this is a great location for skiing, snowboarding, biking, canoeing/ kayaking, hiking, horseback riding, bird watching or simply taking a long walk along wooded trails or picturesque mountain roads.

Cancellation terms:
Cancellations, within 31 days (before the reservation date):
Deposit shall be reimbursed (-30% administration fees).
Cancellations, less than 31 days (before the reservation date):
Deposit will be reimbursed, if we can rent the chalet to other guests for the same period (-30% administration fees).
Cancellations made within one week (before the reservation date). A 50% (of the rental price) will be charged.
The chalets are cleaned and disinfected using the highest standards in order to insure the safety of our guests.

| Chalet Sean is a gem. The aesthetics of the place is wonderful: a gorgeous flower garden, a gazebo, and the inside done in wood and earth tones to convey the spirituality of place. There is a terrific collection of books (with one on Zen Buddhism) hidden in a small nook in the bedroom that reflect the spirit of the place and of the owners. Elisa and Guy have constructed an idyllic place for a retreat. I can only laud them for creating this most perfect and harmonious of settings. This is one place that we shall return to, as it has made a profound impression on our hearts. Thank you to you both.

| My husband booked at this Gem in May we stayed at the amazing chalet romantique. We stayed at chalet Sean the second visit ! Beautifully designed for a private quite getaway. | Elisa and Guy have created a magical retreat near Sutton. The comfy bed, cozy wood stove, and well equipped kitchen made for a perfect winter getaway with excellent restaurants and brew pubs close by for a night out. The special touches - bathrobes, scented soaps, Japanese-inspired aesthetic, hand-written note welcoming us, dinner candle, wonderful book collection, and birds outside the window at the bird feeder all added to the feeling our hosts had gone above and beyond to make this place so much more than just another rental chalet. They live on the property close by and are more than happy to provide information and answer questions about the area but you also have complete privacy in this quiet setting. We've been coming to Chalet Sean for a few years now and can't wait to book our next stay.

| Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans le chalet Sean. Nous en sommes à notre deuxième visite et nous avons encore une fois été conquis par la propreté et par toutes les petites attentions présentes partout dans le chalet. L'endroit est tellement paisible et magique. Quel plaisir de déjeuner en écoutant le chant des nombreux oiseaux qui viennent se nourrir sur le balcon, été comme hiver. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et à l'écoute. À bientôt!

| This was one of the most beautiful and relaxing airbnbs we've ever visited. We stayed in Chalet Sean, which is the standalone cottage. It has a lovely, cozy and simple interior that is attractively decorated and very well-equipped with everything we needed. The private yard is beautifully landscaped and includes a little frog pond, a large and comfortable gazebo, a bird feeder attracting a variety of birds, and outdoor chairs. And it is so quiet! For the most part, we heard no sounds that weren't from nature: birds, nearby river, leaves rustling, crickets. Elisa and Guy couldn't have been more responsive and pleasant in all our interactions. A really wonderful and therapeutic time away!
