Charming four season cottage, located in the Laurentians on the prestigious Fiddler lake in Mille-Isles (45 minutes north of Montreal). Private dock on the lake. Beautiful natural light, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms each with a view of the lake (two queen sized beds and one double), upstairs mezzanine, screened porch on the main floor and 2 large outdoor decks with one that overlooks the lake. There is a family room downstairs, with couches and an air hockey table. Cottage includes: Wi-Fi, TV, washer/ dryer, canoes, propane BBQ.
15 minutes away from Morin Heights, spa, aerobic corridor for biking in summer and cross country skiing in winter and close to ski Morin heights (a great family orientated ski hill in winter and zip line in summer). Only 20 minutes away from St-Sauveur waterpark, skiing, shopping, and dinning; and 20 minutes from Lachute where you have horseback ridding, snowmobiling and ATV trails.

| Le chalet est spacieux, confortable et très propre. J'ai particulièrement appréciée la pièce en moustiquaire avec vue sur le lac. J'y ai passé de très bons moments seule ou avec des amies. Lorsque j'ai eu besoin de contacter le propriétaire, il a toujours répondu rapidement. J'aime beaucoup faire du pédalo mais celui-ci était trop difficile à pédaler pour moi.
J'ai donc passé un très beau mois à ce chalet. Je me sentais comme chez moi.

| Bonjour, Nous avons passé le week-end du 22 février dernier (2019) au chalet de Karl. Nous étions 3 couples d'amis dans la jeune cinquantaine. On a vraiment aimé cet endroit calme et bien situé tout à côté du lac Fiddler. Ce chalet est le dernier bâtiment au bout du chemin Benny, ce qui permet beaucoup de tranquillité et d'intimité. Après un copieux déjeuner, le samedi matin, nous sommes allé prendre une grande marche dans le chemin Benny. Par la suite, une promenade en raquette sur le Lac Fiddler. Nous avons reçu d'autres amis qui sont venu nous rejoindre pour le souper (grande table, beaucoup d'espace). On a joué au Air Hockey dans le sous-sol. On a vraiment eu beaucoup de plaisir. Nous recommandons ce bel endroit. C'est grand, c'est beau, c'est tranquille, y a plein de petites antiquités, y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner, beau grand salon, belle mezzanine, belles grandes chambres (bien insonorisées), 2 salles de bains, bref tout pour être bien. La seule chose qui nous a manqué, c'est qu'on aurait aimé avoir un foyer dans le chalet. Nous recommandons vraiment ce beau chalet à tous ceux qui recherche la tranquillité. | We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the cottage. It was very clean and confortable. The rooms are very large. It was a very peaceful and well maintained cottage. It is well equiped. Sure had lots of snow. The owner kept good contact with us to assure that we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed discussing with him the history of the home. We had a wonderful long week-end!

| Un merveilleux chalet dans un décor superbe, calme et paisible.
Le chalet est très grand, bien équipé de tout ce qui est nécessaire pour un séjour confortable .
il y as trois belles terrasses dont deux avec vue directe sur le lac Fiddler.
La nature environnante est tout simplement splendide et notre hôte Karl est très sympathique et disponible si jamais ça devenais nécessaire.
Nous avons déjà possiblement l'envie d'y retourner l'année prochaine.

| Well, my wife and I passed an idyllic week at Karl's cottage. I can't say we met the man himself, seems he was vacationing in NB (!), but we did meet his brother in a truly hospitable welcome. The cottage was comfy, clean, and very well equipped. You're at the end of the access road, so, if tranquillity is what you want, this is what you get here. The lake is quite long and narrow, clean water, and very peaceful as there are no power boating allowed. Perfect. Definitely a place you want to come back to, which is the highest recommendation I can give. Thanks, Karl.
