Be at home and spend an unforgettable holiday! You will be assured to find tranquility and privacy! Breathe in the clean air of the Laurentians! About 45 minutes from Montreal and 15 minutes from the village Saint-Sauveur, beautiful Chalet on the shore of Fiddler Lake with private dock. Perfect for swimming or water sports such as paddleboarding or kayaking. Also nearby are ski slopes or other winter activities. Explore forest acres in hiking and snowshoe trails. Ideal for teleworking (FIBER over 110 Mbit/ s)
On the ground floor you will find:
-an entrance hall with walk-in,
-a large air-conditioned open area with cathedral ceiling (lake view). A corner sofa and armchair are also installed to relax. This room is equipped with a wood fireplace to warm up your evenings. You will also find a flat screen where you can watch TV.
-a very well equipped kitchen with a central island ideal to cook and/or to share good moments with family or friends. In the island is integrated a sink and a dishwasher. The kitchen has a microwave, oven, gas hob, high performance hood, refrigerator with a freezer and a refrigerated wine cellar.
A coffeemaker and a KEURIG coffee machine with capsules, a kitchen aid mixer, a toasteur, a raclette, fondue machine, a sodastream Bubble Maker, a Pasta Maker are also present.

-a master bedroom with a view of the Lake. It is equipped with a King size bed, a flat screen TV and an adjoining walk-in equipped with safe,
-a room with a view of the front garden. It has a Queen size bed, a small desk and a storage room.
-a bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower and toilet.
-a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer
-a double garage with a ping pong table and badminton game
And on the lower floor:
-a room with a view of the Lake. It is equipped with a King size bed and a storage room.
-a bedroom with a bunk bed (sleeps 3), a twin bed and a storage room.
-a shower room with toilets,
-a family room (lake view) comprising a very spacious living room with large corner sofa and armchair. You can have a video projector with DVD player to watch movies. In this room there is a space specially adapted for sport and play.
A pool table and a dart board are available. A high-end elliptical bike, a treadmill and a few weights will allow you to spend.
Guests can relax in the outdoor Jacuzzi (lake view). Bathrobes available.
A garden lounge consisting of 1 Deckchair, 2 low chairs with footrests and a bench with their cushions are located on a spacious partly covered terrace overlooking the Lake. Also for your outdoor dining, a table with its 6 chairs and a propane-branded NAPOLEON BBQ.
Large landscaped garden of 60 000 square feet (approx 5500 m2) on a gentle slope.
All the bedding is new.
Sheets are provided and beds made on arrival.
Towels are provided.
You will find a food base (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee, tea).

| Un magnifique châlet où nous avons passé un très bon moment.
Les pièces communes et les chambres sont grandes, la cuisine a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner,les chambres sont spacieuses. Le tout est très bien décoré, c'est très agréable d'y vivre.
Billard, sport, grand jacuzzi, kayaks, films sur le projecteur, barbecue, repas sur la terrasse offrant une belle vue sur le lac, siestes sur le ponton, resto à Saint-Sauveur... Notre séjour a été parfait.

| Nous avons passé un excellent week-end entre amis. Le chalet est très spacieux et dans un état impeccable, en plus d'être bien équipé. Nous avons profité des traineaux, d'une balade sur le lac et du superbe village de St Sauveur, et de ses pistes, qui sont tout proches. A refaire :)
