Located on a large lot, with no close neighbours. Very private, in the middle of nature. Cottage is built on a peak, offering a great view from every room. Montreal: 1 hour Saint-Sauveur: 15 min Mont Tremblant: 45 min Morin Heights and Saint Sauveur ski slopes, the Balmoral Golf Club and the Saint Sauveur shopping center are nearby. Very popular touristic area offering lots of restaurants and a variety of outlets. A 3 min drive (2.5 km) and you have access to a PUBLIC BEACH, a park for children, hiking, biking and cross-country skiing trails (Viking). | Vlad is a great host, provided all information in a timely manner and was quick to respond to all our inquiries.
As for the cottage, it was in great condition, clean, and had everything necessary for a fun and relaxing weekend.

| Beau chalet à espace ouvert. Propre. Privé. Bien entretenu. Design rustique moderne. Spa fonctionnel et propre. Aire de jeux / divertissement idéal pour s'amuser avec les enfants ou des amis.
Nous y avons passé une partie de la relâche en famille, et avons reçu des amis pour une nuitée. Très près de pistes de randonnée et de ski de fond. IGA/Saq à 15 minutes. Il y est tombé 15 cm de neige la dernière nuit et le chemin privé était déblayé au matin avant qu'on se lève.

| Nous avons profité d'un magnifique 3 jours au chalet Belle Roche, début janvier 2024. C'était notre 2e visite et nous sommes toujours aussi satisfait. Ce chalet spacieux est situé dans un environnement boisé et paisible facile d'accès. On y retrouve toutes les commodités. Une salle de jeu complète plait aux enfants et aux adultes. La cuisine est bien équipée et spacieuse. Le sympathique propriétaire répond rapidement aux questions. Nous recommandons sans hésitation.
