This charming three bedroom, two bathroom custom-built A frame home sits on an acre of land within the Domaine Charlevoix property overlooking the Saint Lawrence River and is just 7 minutes from the picturesque town of Baie St-Paul and a mere 20 minutes to the Massif ski center. It's location also allows guest easy access to over 12 km of snow shoeing and walking trails. Guests can also choose to visit les Grand Jardins park or the Hautes-Gorges-de-la-Rivière-Malbaie National Park to hike and take in the wonderful landscape. With three bedrooms including a double an single bunk in the 2nd bedroom, it will comfortably sleep 7 people.
The kitchen comes complete with 4 appliances including a microwave. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience and the home is equipped with WIFI internet service and free Netflix. The screened in 3 season porch offers a peaceful scene into the woods, with a grill ready for you to BBQ. The master suite located up it's own handmade wooden spiral staircase sits on the mezzanine floor and includes a queen size bed, an open concept bathroom with it's own soaking tub, and plenty of room to relax and unwind. The second and third bedrooms are located on the main floor of an open-air area with the third bedroom boasting a single and twin bed bunk respectively, built right into the walls.
The living room space includes a 55 inch television. The home has a private six-person hot tub. The home is also within driving distance of many activities including Horseback riding, dog sleigh rides, whale watching to name but a few. Within a one hour and fifteen minute drive from Québec city makes this little gem a really accessible weekend or weekday retreat. With easy access to Highway 362, this cottage is perfect for a summer vacation to the Baie St-Paul region, and is close to many other attractions in and around the Charlevoix region.
