Nice 4 season cottage, by the clay lake, modern (open space) and well equipped. Maximum of 8 people (adults or children). The cottage is 1 hour from Gatineau / Ottawa, a few minutes away from the village of Val-des-Bois (convenience store, supermarket, gaz station, bakery) and right next to the Réserve Faunique Papineau-Labelle. Ideal for a great family vacation. The first floor is a large space which includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dinning area and lounge with view on the lake as well as one bedroom and a powder room. On the 2nd floor, 3 bedrooms, a family room as well as the bathroom with a washer and a dryer. High speed Fiber Internet provided, perfect to work from the cottage if required.

Included: Towels, bedding, wood for fire pit, canoe, kayak, BBQ, loungers and everything you need for you stay at the cottage.

Hiking trails are available near the cottage, including in the Papineau-Labelle park. There is also a public sandy beach at the south of the Clay Lake (Notre-Dame-de-la-Salette).
