A short stroll to the marina (1/2 km from the house) will delight you, allowing you to admire the river up close on Chemin du Quai, walk on the beach behind the school or at Parc Maritime. At Le Pélican de l'île, you'll have the best of both worlds: The Island and its peaceful countryside, just 20 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Old Quebec and the Plains of Abraham.
