Located in the heart of St Laurent, our house offers you the welcome and comfort of a luxury inn, but in a family version. Two options are available. 1- B&B: A spacious, cozy, chic room, private bathroom; breakfast included. CITQ 302042 2- Chalet-condo (we have 2 private ones, but they can be interconnected if required), each with 4 rooms. Separate, tastefully furnished, impeccable, elegant. CITQ 302025 Everything is provided (bedding, crockery, etc. etc.) and of superior quality. The garden is not to be outdone, with its deckchairs for relaxing, reading and soaking up the sun. You'll love the 4-seater swing with glass table for enjoying an aperitif or your evening around the wood-burning fire. Our garden does not give access to the river, although we do have a view of it. A short stroll to the marina (1/ 2 km from the house) will delight you, allowing you to admire the river up close on Chemin du Quai, walk on the beach behind the school or at Parc Maritime. At Le Pélican de l'île, you'll have the best of both worlds: The Island and its peaceful countryside, just 20 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Old Quebec and the Plains of Abraham. Nous avons tellement aime ce court séjour que nous nous apprêtons a y retourner sous peu et pour un séjour plus long.

| WOW! 3 nuits de bonheur! Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux et bienveillant de nos hôtes Carole et Jacques! Un condo parfait en tout genre...d'une propreté exemplaire, très confortable avec un accès à la cour extérieure (coin salon, balançoire, repas, feu de camp, charcoal et plus). Le lieu est calme et très bien situé pour des points de vue à couper le souffle, pour la petite plage, pour les balades à vélo, les bons restos et à moins 1 km de l'épicerie du village. Nous sommes tombés amoureux du village St-Laurent et nous retournerons assurément Au Pelican.

| Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine. Tout était parfait. Avoir pu, nous serions même resté encore quelques jours. On retient l'endroit, il se pourrait qu'on repasse.

| Nous revenons d'un séjour de trois nuits passées dans ce condo qui est vraiment très bien équipé et d'une propreté exemplaire. Il n'y manquait rien. Il était très bien situé pour avoir accès facilement aux restos, boutiques et sites enchanteurs de l'Île.
Les hôtes sont très gentils et avenants et sont demeurés disponibles tout au long de notre séjour.
