Chalet Le Nénuphar du lac Paré
Charming rustic cottage with a private hot tub, located directly on the beautiful shores of Lake Paré, only 1 hour and 15 minutes from Montreal. Come relax and enjoy peaceful lake and nature views in a quiet setting, perfect for a getaway with your partner, family, or friends.
Lake Paré is a calm, motor-free lake known for its clean, high-quality water. The large balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful lake views.
The cottage is spread over two levels and can accommodate up to 6 guests (maximum of 4 adults). It includes:?
• one bedroom with a queen bed on the lower level?
• one bedroom with a double bed and a single bunk bed on the main floor?
• two single beds in the family room that can be pushed together to create a double bed
The mattresses are comfortable, and all bedding is provided.
Outside, enjoy the four-season hot tub under a gazebo, the year-round propane BBQ, and the outdoor fire pit with firewood included (available outside the winter season). A picnic table with an umbrella is also available for outdoor meals.
In the summer, two kayaks and a pedal boat are included, along with life jackets for adults and children. Swimming is more enjoyable a little farther from the dock due to water lilies near the shoreline, easily accessible by kayak or pedal boat. Children can still safely play and splash near the water's edge.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking during your stay, including dishes, drip coffee maker and Keurig machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, slow cooker, blender, fondue set, raclette grill, basic spices, and more.

In winter, when the lake is safely frozen, enjoy snowshoeing and cross-country skiing directly on the lake.
The cottage is also ideally located for outdoor enthusiasts. The various access points to the Regional Park of Forêt Ouareau are just 15 to 30 minutes away and offer hiking, rock climbing, biking, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing.
For downhill skiing and snowboarding, the resorts of Ski Montcalm, La Réserve, Mont Garceau, and Val Saint-Côme are all within 20 to 35 minutes.
The outdoor recreation center Forêt Ô Cascades is also nearby for hiking, fat biking, mountain biking, and winter skating trails.
All essential services are located about 15 minutes away, including a grocery store with an SAQ section.
Arrival time is usually 4:00 p.m. and departure time 11:00 a.m.
A first payment of 50% is required to secure your reservation. The second 50% payment as well as the refundable damage deposit of $ 500 is payable 10 days before your arrival. This damage deposit will be fully refunded no later than 5 days after your departure if no damage is found and if the cottage is returned in the same condition as on arrival.
Cancellation policy: full refund 30 days before rental and 50% 10 days before rental. Possibility to change dates free of charge according to availability and current rates.
