Rental Conditions:
For rental, at least one person more than 25 years old
1. Reservation: half the deposit is required upon booking. This is non refundable. The balance to be paid 30 days prior to arrival
2. Conditions: Absolutely no smoking inside cottage. Absolutely no pets. No events.Absolutely no parties
3. Cottage Capacity: Maximum 4 person. If the number of persons exceeds the number indicated during reservation, the owner will:
- cancel the rental
- or refuse the extra persons
-No animals
-No parties or events
-No loud music sound travels very easily on the lake
-Keep respectful levels of noise for our neighbours
-No littering or contaminating the lake
- No unauthorized guests allowed
-White walls, floor and lines must be kept clean and free of stains
- Do not burn garbage
- We ask that you be kind and gentle to all wildlife in our lake and surrounding area
Check out rules:
-All used linen to be put in the clothes hamper (located on top of washer and dryer)
-ALL garbage/recycling/compost must be removed and placed in the appropriate bin(s) (located outside end of driveway)
-Dishes must be washed and on the washed cycle on the dish washer
- All furniture and cottage belongings are to be placed back where found
-outdoor couch cushions to be placed back in the bin when unattended. If there is rain during your stay, please put the cushions back in the bin

- Ensure exterior umbrella on deck is closed and down before you leave
