Chalet Caribou

Located on the edge of the city of Saint-Alphonse-Rodriguez, 60 minutes (60 km) from Montreal and near the major centers of Rawdon and Joliette. Saint-Alphonse-Rodriguez is a tourist village known for its summer ATV and winter snowmobile tours. Located less than 15 minutes from Mont Val St-Come so much sought after by our skiers and golfers.

Large lot on the shore of Lake Gérard which offers beautiful outdoor spaces (SPA 6 places / 4 seasons to come end of April 2021). For the summer you will have comfortable chairs outside to spend the evenings around the fire and contemplate the beautiful illumination of the stars at night. The chalet has 2 floors that combines country and urban styles, has large windows that provide plenty of natural daylight. It has a large balcony for you to rest and enjoy the nature air.

On the ground floor, you will find a master bedroom with a Queen bed and a single sofa bed, a second bedroom with a Queen bed + a playpen available and a third bedroom with a bunk bed (double and single ) with a babyfoot table which can also be used for hockey matches or mini ping-pong. Also, on the ground floor, a complete bathroom with integrated shower and bathtub and a space separated from the bathroom with washer / dryer machine at your disposal. Still on the ground floor, the master bedroom offers you a patio door to exit to the concrete terrace, which leads directly to the beautiful wooded landscape on the shores of Lake Gérard.

Upstairs, you will find the very spacious and modern kitchen with an island that gives you a 3-seater lunch counter. It is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, filter coffee maker, capsule coffee maker (Keurig), fondue maker, raclette oven, baby high chair and sufficient crockery for +8 people, and even more. In the dining room, a beautiful wooden table can accommodate 8 people. Also upstairs, the comfortable living room with a large modular sofa awaits you to rest or share with your family watching a movie or playing the available board games. It is equipped with DVD / BLUERAY player, as well as a sound bar which gives quality sound to which you can connect your own devices via Bluetooth. The wood fireplace for a very warm atmosphere (ecological wood is highly recommended :). It also has a heat pump to heat with (if you prefer) down to -20C, or for the summer it can give you a very cool space with air conditioning. In the living room, a large patio door takes you to the balcony which for the summer will have a BBQ and a table to enjoy delicious meals or simply rest. Also upstairs, a second full bathroom with shower.
