| C'est un magnifique chalet, il va sans dire. La publicité ne mentionne pas que le chalet peut accueillir plus que 17 personnes et qu'on peut utiliser deux réfrigérateurs, c'est dommage. Cela nous a occasionné d'apporter matelas et literie en trop ainsi que coolers supplémentaires. Le plus difficile lors de notre séjour a été de supporter les odeurs de fausse sceptique dans le chalet pendant toute la fin de semaine. De plus, la déception était au rendez-vous en constatant que le spa était à moitié vide et qu'il a fallu faire de nombreux voyages de chaudières d'eau afin de le remplir pour l'utiliser. Sinon l'endroit est paisible et les nombreux étages permettent à chacun de profiter d'un petit coin.

Baril, je suis bien désolée que vous ayez attribué une si mauvaise note à notre établissement malgré le fait que nous travaillons extrêmement fort pour que tout soit parfait lors des séjours de nos clients. J'ai vérifié et vous nous avez déclaré être 16 adultes et 3 enfants et il est clairement indiqué à plusieurs endroits dans mon annonce que nous pouvons accueillir jusqu'à 20 personnes. Je ne comprends donc pas pourquoi vous avez cru nécessaire d'apporter tout ce matériel. Il aurait également été possible de me contacter afin de me poser la question et il m'aurait fait plaisir de vous informer de tout l'équipement disponible sur place. En ce qui a trait à ce que vous mentionnez comme odeur, vous êtes le premier à le mentionner et pourtant notre chalet a été loué à 100% durant tout le temps des fêtes.
