Welcome to La Datcha, fully renovated in 2021! An exceptional location for family vacation, a romantic getaway, or a change of scenery to work from home. Incredible views of the St-Lawrence, Quebec City and Levis. Intimate property, large patio and access to the river bank. Everything is set up to maximize your comfort: AC, complete bedding, fully equipped kitchen (including a Nespresso coffee machine), wifi, tv, worspace with screen, etc. In the beautiful and historic village of Sainte-Petronille, plenty of activities are nearby: cycling, cross-country skiing, alpine skiing, agro-tourism, hiking, historic visits. 5 minutes by car: Cross-country skiing course, artisanal chocolate maker, numerous shops, vineyards, farms and boutiques. 15 minutes by car: Large grocery store (IGA), Montmorency waterfall parc. 30 minutes by car: Mont Saint-Anne, Old Québec. ATTENTION: the property is located at the bottom of a steep hill. In the summer, it is possible to park near the house with a four-wheel drive car. Nous avons séjourné six (6) semaines à cet endroit exceptionnel, chaleureux et bien équipé.
Nous avons grandement apprécié la vue imprenable sur le fleuve, les villes de Québec et Lévis. La circulation maritime nous a permis de voir de nombreux bateaux de croisières, de voiliers et de cargos pendant notre séjour. De profiter des couleurs de l'automne, à cette période, a été du bonheur dans cet endroit tranquille et apaisant.
Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour et recommandons fortement ce chalet.

L'endroit est calme et apaisant. La proximité du fleuve est spectaculaire. De plus, la location est très bien équipée, nous n'avons manqué de rien.

| Notre séjour fut au delà de nos attentes. La situation est parfaite, à proximité du bord de l'eau, aucun bruit environnant. La fenestration est exceptionnelle pour se sentir en contact avec le fleuve. Les lits sont super confortables, tout le nécessaire est là. Merci pour ce beau week-end. Nous reviendrons !
