A newly renovated property with all modern amenities with a modern country cottage style interior/exterior. A beautiful sunrise over the ocean and mountain range of Forillon national park from the cottage front windows of cottage; where you can sit down in the living room or the kitchen island and enjoy a cup of coffee.
The cottage is fully furnished such as kitchen dishwasher, towels, linens, etc, you only need to bring your own food. The cottage has two bedrooms with a large closet in the master bedroom and descent size closet in the other bedroom. The bathroom has bath and shower combo and with large vanity and stackable dryer and washer. The main entrance has a large closest and pocket door which you can use to close off the porch from the living area. The cottage has large lawn area where can relax and enjoy sun and breeze of the water and do outdoor activities such as use the fire-pit (not allowed during fire season/warnings).
The cottage is only two minutes' walk away from a family friendly Seal Cove beach which is great for swimming because of the shallow water and sandy beaches. Another large beach is Douglas town beach is only 5-minute drive away where you can have nice walk and enjoy the sunset over the water and mountains. The town of Gaspe is 10 minutes away where you can dive into the local culture and restaurants or head down to Percé (30 minuets away) which has lovely views on the way there and has many more tourism activity such boat tours of Bonaventure island and shops. If you are into more nature-oriented fun, you drive over to forllion national park (25 minutes away) where you can go on beautiful hiking trails with great views or go on whaling watching tours. Beau chalet, très propre et récemment rénové. Tous les équipements nécessaires pour la cuisine incluant un lave-vaisselle et cafetière sont disponibles. Laveuse-sécheuse. Petit coin pour faire un feu à l'extérieure. On voit la baie de Gaspé du salon et de la cuisine. Tout près de la halte routière Seal-Cove avec un point de vue magnifique.
Très bien situé entre Gaspé et Percé.

Cute little cottage located right between Gaspe and Percy if you are looking to visit both areas, which we did. Newly renovated, very clean, and modern with beautiful photographs of nature. Has everything you need, towels, linens, all items for cooking and dishware. Nice set up in the front to relax and have a fire. Owner easy to talk to and responds quickly. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a little place to stay while away.

Super satisfied with this cottage.
Very, very clean, new construction, every little thing to cook and clean the dishes & laundry were provided.
Owner was easy to communicate and took the time to meet us on arrival and show us the house.
We liked the view of the water from the living room and kitchen.
Lots of outside space too. We had a very comfortable stay that week.

Vraiment un beau chalet bien équipé avec tous l'équipement nécessaire. Le chalet était impeccable et M. Touzel répond rapidement lorsqu'on le contact.
Il y avait un petit cadeau à notre arrivée et de l'information touristiques du secteur.

Très bien situé.
