4 SEASON CHALET BY THE WATER

Have a most exceptional stay at the chalet des Grandsheur! Located on the edge of Lake Allard, you will enjoy a large terrace offering the most beautiful sunsets in the region night after night.

The proximity to the lake shore will allow you to enjoy your outdoor meals in a vacation setting worthy of a marina.

Fully equipped, the Grands Bonheurs chalet is the ideal place for a stay with family, friends or for a romantic getaway!

Our chalet with 2 closed bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 beds on the mezzanine. The chalet can accommodate up to 8 people, maximum, including children. There is 4 queens beds, 1 full bathroom, washer and dryer.

We provide bedding, bath towels and washcloths. You must bring your beach towels for swimming.

You will have at your disposal all the necessary accessories for cooking as well as a BBQ. For your entertainment there is high-speed wifi and the possibility of connecting your phone to the television. A canteen, a dining room restaurant and an SAQ convenience store are all located in the village, 7 minutes from the chalet. Firewood provided.

Welcome to people with reduced mobility, we have an access ramp for wheelchairs and a large bathroom adapted for people with disabilities.

Le chalet est vraiment beau, confortable et très bien équipé. La vue sur le lac, tant de l'intérieur que sur le balcon, est magnifique.

Nous avons moins apprécié le bruit ambiant: beaucoup de bateaux à moteur et de motomarines, de tout-terrains et de motocross pendant presque toute la journée lorsqu'il faisait beau. La présence des bateaux à moteur et de motomarines sur le lac a aussi fait en sorte que nous ne nous sentions pas en sécurité de nager dans le lac ou de nous y promener en kayak.

Merci pour votre commentaire, et contents que vous ayez trouvé le chalet beau et confortable.

Comme vous le savez, votre séjour tombait en plein cœur des vacances de la construction, la période la plus achalandée de l'année sur tous les lacs du Québec. C'est normal d'y voir plus de bateaux et de motomarines ces deux semaines-là.

Le reste de l'année, le lac Allard est tranquille : les matins sont calmes, les soirées sont paisibles, et à l'automne, l'hiver et au printemps, on a souvent le lac à nous seuls. En six ans de location, c'est d'ailleurs la première fois qu'on nous fait cette remarque.

Je regrette que ces événements durant votre séjour vous a laissé un mauvais souvenir. Ce n'était pas mon intention.

Lovely spot for relaxation and enjoying lake side village life. The sunset views from the house, terrace and from the enormous dock were outstanding almost every single night, along with many evenings by the fire pit.
The house itself is awesome! Very homey and inviting and all the necessities, plus, plus. Vista views from the huge windows at every angle. The kitchen is great for preparing and cooking big meals. The bathroom is spacious. The tap water is potable. The beds are all comfortable and the space is spotless. Fans for hot days and heating for cool evenings. Meals on the terrace table were stunning, the lake right there.
All of our questions were quickly answered by the hosts and they were very accommodating.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine. Le chalet était propre et confortable. Rien n'y manquait, à part peut-être des rideaux dans le salon/porte patio. Le soleil de l'après-midi surchauffait le chalet. La vue du lac était reposante. Le café du matin et l'apéro était agréable sur le quai. Les enfants et les plus grands ont bien apprécié les kayaks et le pédalo. Nous nous sommes baigné dans le lac tous les jours. L'eau était belle et propre. Le propriétaire était très courtois et disponible. Nous y retourneront assurément cet automne !
