| Maison très accueillante et propre, située à proximité du village et des activités (ski alpin, ski de fond, randonnée). La communication avec les hôtes a toujours été rapide et efficace. Nous y avons passé un très beau séjour!

| Le chalet était vraiment propre, bien meublé, bien équipé pour cuisiner (y compris pour plusieurs plusieurs personnes). Les lits étaient confortables, les chambres bien agencées ; c'était vraiment l'endroit idéal pour se réunir en famille ou entre amis. Les foyers (intérieur et extérieur) étaient très agréables ; le quai au bout du terrain aussi. Le chalet était facile à trouver par Google Maps, et le village de Saint-Côme n'est pas loin, avec plusieurs petits commerces sympathiques. La station Val Saint-Côme est vraiment à 3 minutes en voiture (30 minutes à pied !). Les instructions étaient claires, la communication avec les propriétaires était rapide et efficace ; bref, c'était super !

| C'était notre deuxième séjour à ce chalet.
A notre arrivée, le chalet était prêt à nous accueillir. Tout était propre et bien rangé.
L'équipement du chalet ainsi que les équipements nautiques ont été tels que décrits et ont été grandement utilisés
Il a été facile de rejoindre Karina et Tommy. Nous avons eu à communiquer avec eux et ils ont été pro-actifs pour régler notre situation (panne de courant généralisée du secteur).
Le remboursement du dépôt de garantie s'est effectué la journée même de notre fin de séjour.
