This lovely cottage nestled in the hillside at the Domaine Charlevoix, it sits on the edge of the Saint-Lawrence river, offering spectacular views of the river, adjacent to Baie Saint-Paul and ''Les Grand Jardins'' and ''Hautes Gorges de la Rivière Malbaie'' National Parks. Look out the floor-to-ceiling front windows at L'Isle-aux-Coudres where you'll glimpse cruise ships and merchant marines passing. Enjoy the Stuv fireplace, quartz countertops, heated concrete floors, exterior jacuzzi hot tub, marble tiled bathrooms with in-floor radiant heat, and a spacious outdoor deck with views spanning all the way to the south shore towards Maine.

The cottage's great room is an open floor plan including a living room, dining area, and kitchen. It features floor-to-ceiling windows, a stuv fireplace (firewood is provided free of charge), a flat screen TV, and a high-end, well-stocked kitchen with island and barstools. There are 3 bedroom suites, including a master suite with a queen bed, flat screen TV, in room bathtub with river view and bathroom with double vanity and glassed-in shower. The second bedroom has a king sized bed and the third bedroom round's out the accommodations that include a second bathroom with full bath with shower. The couch in the lower great room also folds out to a bed for extra sleeping space. Other amenities include a powder room and laundry room. The entire home is decorated in a tasteful motif (signed and designed by Annie Bedard), and stays cool in the summer and toasty warm in the winter due to its central A/C and wood burning fireplace. The main upper deck is perfect for midsummer nights dinners, complete with a gas grill, ensuring plenty of extra space for enjoying the great outdoors.
