The log cabin Chalet L'Écurie is located on a huge wooded lot of more than one hundred acres with private hiking trails that will enchant you. Located towards the end of a long dead-end street, assured tranquility you will have.
Completely renovated to today's taste with its huge living area on the ground floor, and very well equipped to enhance your comfort, you will find among other things:
- In the kitchen, equipment's and accessories needed to make your favorite recipes. And for a coffee-type
choice when you wake up, a regular filter coffee maker and a Nespresso capsule machine are waiting for you.
- In the living room section, a 65'' Smart TV to watch your favorite shows by logging on to your Netflix, Google
play, Prime etc. accounts.
- A comfort corner near the wood stove to relax and warm up after an outdoor activity in winter.
- A very large dining room table to gather with family or friends and share delicious meals or simply to have
fun.
- 3 beautiful bedrooms and two full bathrooms (the one upstairs has a shower and a separate bath).
- All sheets, blankets and towels are provided (with spares if needed)
- A laundry room.
- A second Smart TV with a Bleu-Ray player in the small "play room" in the basement.
Via the 25 North, the municipality of Notre-Dame de la Merci is located about 1h15 from Montreal and less than 1h30 from the south shore of Montreal.
The village of Saint-Donat is about 15 km away giving you access to all amenities.
The Mont La Réserve ski and snow tubing resort is about 10 minutes away and Val St-Come and Mont Garceau ski mountains about 20 minutes.
If you are a nature adventurous, the Ouareau Park Reserve which is attached to the municipality has a mountain range incorporating a network of multifunctional trails (walking, cycling, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing) of 120 km.
If you are a mountain bike or snowmobile enthusiast, you will have access to a network of approximately 233 kilometers of trails, including a section of the Trans-Québec 33, the Trans-Québec 43 and the regional 310 as well as 50 kilometers of local trails.
