Base prices are for low season, prices may change without notice.
Quebec sales taxes (14.975%) and cleaning fee must be added to rates and 3.5% lodging taxes

Security deposit 800$ due at reservation and will be reimbursed after stay (max 7 days) if no damages are made to the cottage.
Full payment due 4 weeks prior arrival date. ( accepted : e-transfer, cheques, cash)
Small pets accepted for fee.

Responsible needs to be 25years and older ( in some cases we will accept exceptions)

Cancellations:
COVID: in case of confinement or prohibition of renting short term, there will be a credit given for a future stay, no reimbursements

No refunds for bad weather, hydro Québec power outages or reasons out of hosts control.
If the cancellation is made more than 4 weeks prior arrival date, the deposit will be kept.
If cancellation is made less than 4 week to arrival date and full rental payment is already made, only deposit will be refunded.
In any case if the guests are able to find a replacement for the stay at same rate everything will be reimbursed minus 100$ administration fee.
If the owners find a replacement for the same date and rate, everything will be refunded minus a 200$ administrative fee.
