Fall - Come in the fall and enjoy the view of the lake with beautiful fall colors and the fresh air from the newly installed hot tub to reconnect with nature.Gatineau Park's Fall Rhapsody is worth a day trip for a scenic hike with epic views of colorful foliage. downstairs you can just take a walk around the cottage surrounded by beautiful maple trees or just read a book facing the lake on the couch.

Winter - The chalet is on private land, but the municipal road is easily accessible in winter and the driveway is cleared by the contractor During the winter months, walking, skating, snowshoeing, tubing and ice fishing on the lake (when frozen solid) are just steps away. Skiing and dog sledding are perfect winter outdoor activities nearby (30 minutes away). After a hard day's play, soak in the heated jacuzzi to soothe aching muscles, then watch a good Netflix show with a glass of wine warm and relaxed.

Summer - In the summer, soak up the sun and paddle the water in a kayak/Free paddle boards from the private dock. Lake Sinclair is also great for fishing (fishing kayak provided). Please note that the bottom of the lake shore is very muddy, only suitable for kayaking. You can always take kayaks provided to swim in the part of the lake where the water is deep and with a clear bottom (3 minutes from the dock by kayak). In the evening, family and friends gather around the campfire, prepare a feast on the chic barbecue, admire the magnificent sunsets over the lake and soak for hours in the hot tub. Many summer activities are not far from the chalet: Wakefield with good restaurants is 30 minutes away; golf 15 minutes; Camp Breton Beach - Lac Philippe in Gatineau Park, Eco-Odyssée Natural Park, Edelweiss Golf,zipline are 40 minutes away; Downtown Ottawa/ Gatineau (with several fine museums, restaurants, casino, and ByWard Market) are 1 hour away.
