The perfect place for families and group getaways. The common areas are large and welcoming. The open dining room and kitchen are perfect for convivial meals. The house has 2 living rooms, 5 bedrooms with Queen size beds and 4 complete bathrooms. There is a fireplace with natural wood (included) and a Spa open all year long.

The house is located in the heart of the beautiful village of Sutton, within walking distance of micro-breweries, restaurants, shops, grocery store, etc. The ski mountain chalet is 4 km away and there is a ski shuttle stop right in front of the house! Also, close to magnificent trails!

It is a large century-old house listed in the cultural heritage of Quebec that I renovated to add a contemporary and warm character.

C'est une belle maison, comfortable pour 10 personnes, y inclue 5 sales de bains, une grande cuisine bien équipée et une table pour 12 personnes! Il y a même un bureau qu'on a utilisé!
