You?ll arrive at this little slice of paradise via a tree-lined path that immediately transports you into a serene atmosphere, no matter the season. Enjoy the lush greenery in summer, admire the warm hues of autumn, or be enchanted by a snow-covered path in winter.

Whether it?s for a weekend of relaxation or an extended vacation, Chalet du Lac Vivi offers all the comforts you need: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, and 1.5 kitchens spread over 2 floors. There?s plenty of room for everyone? and no excuse for arguments!

The chalet is also equipped to ensure your comfort throughout the year: underfloor heating, a gas stove for extra warmth, air conditioning, a hot tub, and an outdoor fireplace for cozy evenings.

The location is peaceful and private, with no immediate neighbors. The only houses you?ll see are across the lake, far from any hustle and bustle. The lake itself is shallow and small, perfect for family activities such as kayaking or enjoying sunny summer days swimming (muddy bottom, but swimming is still possible).

Activities abound nearby: hiking, swimming, biking, ATV, skiing, or snowshoeing. Parc Ouareau and the Montcalm ski resort with its 26 slopes are less than 15 minutes by car.
